Always shake the bottle first to evenly disperse the probiotics! This is a concentrate and should be mixed with water. Use 1/4 tsp. with 1 tsp. of water and swoosh the mixed solution around your mouth for at least 30 seconds - spit out. Use it to clean your toothbrush. To clean retainers, mouth guards and dentures, put 1 teaspoon of mouthwash into 4 oz of water, and soak appliance for at least 30 minutes. Safe to leave soaking overnight - rinse before using.
